Key Responsibilities & Focus
The successful candidate will be a hands-on technical tester, responsible for designing, developing, and executing high-performance automation scripts in a rapid delivery environment.
Design and implement robust Playwright scripts for testing complex web and mobile applications.
Conduct critical testing of GraphQL APIs, demonstrating deep knowledge of API interaction and data structures.
Engage in fast-paced, high-quality technical testing required for an ongoing delivery phase.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional development and QA teams, including those based in Australia.
Ensure test coverage across both mobile and web platforms.
What You'll Bring
Playwright Experience: Proven, recent hands-on experience with Playwright is required.
GraphQL Knowledge: Commercial experience testing and consuming GraphQL APIs is a must-have.
Backend Development/Testing Skill: Practical experience coding in a modern language like C# (or Java) to build tools and perform Integration/Contract Testing against Microservices architectures.
Technical Testing: Demonstrated ability to perform complex, technical testing, not just functional UI automation.
Fast-Paced Delivery: Experience succeeding in high-pressure, fast-delivery environments with a minimal ramp-up time.
Mobile & Web: Experience automating tests for both mobile and web applications.
Collaboration: Ability to collaborate seamlessly with Australian (AU) teams.
