About the Role

Forming an integral part of the team at the Greymouth store you will take the lead in managing the floor working closely with staff and customers to provide a first-class service!

You'll be responsible for leading a team of dynamic individuals to provide nothing less than outstanding customer service within store. At the forefront of the business, you’ll have the opportunity to treat our state-of-the-art store as your own, while being strongly supported by our dedicated wider team.

You'll also manage the commercial side of the business, ensuring its continued growth and success. A high performing team will aid you in the ongoing success of the store and you'll strive to achieve continued profitability.

Previous experience managing teams is essential
