Job Description:


We’re searching for a proactive and experienced Administrator to fill a recruitment gap within this HR team.

This exciting opportunity is for 6-8 weeks within the corporate sector, Wellington CBD.

about the role

The primary purpose of the position is to provide day to day coordination and administrative support to the People and Culture (P&C) team. This role plays an important part in creating great people experiences and ensuring the P&C function runs smoothly

You’ll be required to support the P&C team in HR administrative tasks such as

Drafting agreements

H&S and general administration

Updating systems/tracking movements

Onboarding new people

skills and experience

The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience

strong administrative background

excellent organisational and coordination skills

proficient computer skills

proactive, resilient, and personable attitude

experience in HR would be beneficial
