About the Role

This role is responsible for growing the retail customer base, revenue & distribution through sales and marketing initiatives and execution within an Albany - North Territory. The territory is currently performing very well, and you will look to continue that strong growth through building strong relationships and expertise with the extensive product range. You will be building business in the retail and trade space with Mitre 10, Bunnings, Placemakers, Carters, ITM and End Users (builders, plumbers etc).

The sales team is continuing to grow within the business, and this is an opportunity to develop and grow your sales career within a supportive team environment.

About You

You will ideally come from a background of Territory Management or Account Management in the retail and trade space or construction/building supplies industry. You may also currently be working for a merchant and looking for a move to a more move to field sales focussed position. We can also consider candidates from FMCG grocery or foodservice who have a keen interest or experience in DIY. You'll have excellent communication skills and be willing to take on a challenge and learn new skillsets. This role will suit a motivated individual that is looking to build a career in a high performing business and sales team. Ideally, the successful candidate will be based in Albany, Warkworth or Whangarei. There is a competitive base salary + car/tools + monthly bonus on offer for the successful person.
