Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Coordinator for a temp role commencing ASAP for 10 weeks while they recruit permanently. Large government organisation based in the CBD. Ideally looking for someone with previous PA/Coordination experience!
Temporary assignment commencing ASAP for 10 weeks while they recruit permanently
$40 – $50 per hour, depending on experience
CBD location
PA/Coordination experience
Day to Day
Booking meetings, diary management etc
Basic accounting support such as processing invoices
Email management and logging of correspondence
Answering and directing phone calls
Drafting, editing and collating documents
Producing reports and presentations
Data entry and updating an internal database
Using the MS Office Suite at intermediate level and above
Minute taking
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in these duties as well as a flexible working style and strong initiative.
