We are seeking a Support Systems Analystto support a time-series data platform along with a portfolio of other core enterprise applications. You will take on incident management and troubleshooting, leveraging the skills of the platform specialists and other teams where needed.

What you’ll need to succeed

Minimum 4+ years’ hands-on experience as a Systems / Support Analyst

Ability to proactively identify and reduce technical debt and to tune and optimise application performance

Proven ability to run the Incident and Problem Management processes and when necessary, pull the right people together from across IST to close out issues

Demonstrated experience identifying root cause of issues through technical analysis and by leveraging logging and monitoring tools

Ability to complete complex queries and provide data fixes or manipulate data if required

Ability to script or configure system changes

Experience working in a cross-functional team and doing what it takes to achieve outcomes whether that be the delivery of new capability or supporting existing functions

Experience working with vendors delivering and supporting components of solutions
