Alpha Recruitment is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Learning and Development Advisor who is a strong relationship builder for our public sector client.

This position is located in Wellington Central and is a sole learning and development position in a friendly and welcoming human resources team.

You will be leading, designing and delivering learning solutions for the organisation. This role has exciting learning and development project work.

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have

At least two years previous experience working as a Senior Learning and Development Advisor

Previous experience doing learning design including competency frameworks

Proven project management experience

Strong knowledge of adult learning theory

An understanding of e-learning and LMS

Strong knowledge of learning and development best practice

At least intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite

Strong verbal and written communication skills

A current full New Zealand drivers license

A tertiary qualification in human resources is highly desirable.

This is a permanent full time position.
