This Wellington based audio visual company is looking for a top-notch sales manager to help guide, support, and upskill their team of inbound and outbound salespeople.
Reporting to the Sales Director the Sales Manager will come with an established and successful background in sales, and proven ability to coach and mentor others to upskill the talent of a team.
You will be well versed in closing, upselling, identifying new growth and sales opportunities, as well as looking after an existing base of loyal customers.

Experience selling, or interest in audio visual
Hobbies including film, music, video, or audio production or similar
This role is a leadership role, not a sales role, though there will be opportunity to do a bit of both. The sales are nearly all from inbound scenarios, or looking after existing clientele, so no cold calling or approaches. Finding the right person for this role is a priority for the company – they are currently expanding into the Australian market and need their New Zealand team to be humming and well looked after.

All tools of the trade will be provided, along with the use of company vehicles while on work related trips.
There will be occasional travel to Auckland and Christchurch, approximately monthly, and less frequently to Sydney when the new location is up and running.
This role has a salary of $100,000-$110,000 for the right person and based on experience. Job#118448
