Our client is a high performing Main Contractor with a significant track record in commercial construction and an order book that reflects the confidence that their clients place in them to deliver projects on time and budget. Further developing their Wellington based team, the search commences for a talented Construction Project Manager who can demonstrate proven ability in delivering projects valued in excess of $30M.



Suitable candidates must hold a recognised tertiary level construction qualification or have commenced their construction career through a trade before completing further relevant study. It is essential that you have worked for a Main Contractor and can demonstrate proven success in construction project management in New Zealand.

Relevant tertiary qualifications / trades skills

Fluent spoken English

Experience in programming works on commercial construction projects

High level Client interaction skills

Ability to read plans / specifications essential

Effective awareness of health and safety legislation

Ability to drive progress and maintain high quality

Experience of project managing commercial construction projects valued in excess of $30M

Right to accept permanent employment in New Zealand
