Project & Events Support Administrator 1 x Permanent, 1 x Fixed term 12 months
Flexible working hours and arrangements
• Up to $59,000 per annum depending on experience
• CBD Location at National Library

Key Responsibilities include
Provide administrative and organisational support to Directorate managers and staff within the National Library
Planning and coordinate projects/events with Managers
Initiating and supporting key project and event administration processes, including invoicing and database management
Setting up and administering key project documents, and assist with record keeping of all project documentation
Assisting with producing project reporting
• Provide business and financial planning support for events and projects
