About the Role

As the Market Lead, you will be charged with managing frontline staff (both retail and contact centre) within the Central North Island region.

This role is purely focused on driving performance and outcomes within your market across the various touchpoints. In addition to this, you will also be responsible for

Ensuring there is consistent delivery of customer experience within the retail and contact centre environment

Identify and support the growth of talent within your market.

Drive and develop a growth mindset within your region.

Own and drive performance and outcomes within your region.

About You

We’re looking for a proven and experience leader to take over the Central North Island region. You will have

An understanding of leading frontline staff both within a contact centre and retail environment.

Proven track record growing revenue within a sales and service environment.

Passion for technology.

Proven training and development capabilities within a frontline customer service function.

Ability to travel as required. You will be required to manage the wider Hamilton, Tauranga, and Wellington region.
