Alpha Recruitment is looking for a driven Experienced HR Advisor who is a strong relationship builder.

Our client is a private sector organisation located in the Wellington Region.

The work is varied HR generalist tasks where no two days are the same! You will provide high level HR advice to managers.

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have

At least two years previous experience working as an HR Advisor

Previous experience doing ER and performance management work

Previous experience doing change management work

At least intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent relationship building skills

Previous experience in the health care sector is highly desirable.

The successful candidate must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
