This is a fantastic temporary opportunity for an experienced coordinator with a high-profile government agency that will utilise your existing administration skills in a more challenging environment and allow you to network in a new environment.

Daily responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)

The Coordinator delivers effective and efficient coordination for the team and actively collaborates and engages with colleagues both internally and externally.

· Develop, update and maintain work programme plan

· Assist to manage workflow, allocate and/or respond to correspondence

· Provide reporting, ensuring accuracy and update systems as required

· Coordinate (project) resources, set up meetings, events, prepare agendas and take minutes

· Produce team documentation, prepare reports, responses and presentations, manage filing and correspondence

· Contribute to the delivery of the work programme

· Partner and collaborate with the other team members, providing support to others when required wherever possible

· Manage own work and peer review the work of others

· Contribute to the improvement and development of processes, procedures and systems within the team

· Follow standard/routine policies and processes often

· Build collaborative and positive working relationships with staff across the business, internally and externally.

· Follow standard / routine policies and processes

· Ensure all work reflects our responsibilities to the priority of equity and meeting Treaty of Waitangi obligations

As an experienced coordinator, you are a source of knowledge when it comes to relationship management and multi-tasking. You are driven to succeed and are keen to support and drive a large team to produce outstanding outcomes.

Proven practical high-level coordination experience

Confident experience in communicating and building and managing relationships with a variety of people both internally and externally

Ability to balance a varied workload

Self-motivation, excellent time management skills, high attention to detail, and outcome focused

Ability to efficiently analyse issues and compile proactive solutions
