Our client is one of the largest NZ manufacturers of custom-made blinds, curtain tracks & rods. Proudly operating since 1960, they are NZ owned & operated, seeking a reliable hardworking candidate for a permanent opportunity.

Currently operating out of a temporary warehouse, set up in Woolston, our client intends to relocate to a permanent warehouse in Rolleston in the New Year.

This is a permanent role for the right candidate, with a starting rate of $22p/h.

You will be required to work Monday to Friday - 7.30am to 4.30pm (opportunity to work overtime on Saturdays during busy periods).

Day to day duties will include

Manufacture and assembly of awnings, blinds and patio roofs

Repairs as required

General warehouse labouring duties - keeping the manufacturing area clean, neat and tidy

Assisting with general distribution, picking packing orders

All administrative tasks that relate to the day to day process

No previous experience is required, however applicants need

Proven reliability confirmed by 2x references

Own reliable transport

To be fit and capable of heavy lifting

Positive attitude & ability to work well within a team

Availability for an immediate start is preferable
