Our client is seeking a Change Manager to provide leadership and support for a Finance System Upgrade.
You will be an experienced change manager keen to develop, plan, manage, and implement all of the change activities required to ensure the project is sucessfully rolled out.
Planning and development
Development of the change activities from strategy into tactical initiatives
In this role you will develop a framework in collaboration with the business owner that is tailored to the relevant groups of people that are affected by the change. You will be responsible for identifying the key stakeholder groups and identifying the impacts and managing these.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work in a busy environment to deliver your contribution to the project. This will include senior management engagement and training for the people affected.
This role is in a healthcare setting and you must provide proof of COVID vaccination.
Our client is seeking someone who can start immediately and work with the project to completion for the next 12 months.
