About the Role

Reporting to the New Zealand General Manager, your focus will be to build recognition and strengthen relationships with a range of companies from large corporate and government departments to small start-ups.

You will focus on two of the most relevant certifications for businesses – Agile and People Leadership!

After being recently acquired by a reputable NZ business, you will be part of a team ready for growth as they develop content and world class training programs delivered by talented trainers complete with real-life experience so that the training can be applied back in the workplace.

This role focuses on keeping in contact with the customer base, responding to their enquiries and following up with them after attending training or marketing events.

There is some degree of cold calling but overall, you will be in contact with a ‘warm’ database with individuals you will keep in regular contact with.

You will work closely with businesses as a trusted partner, as well as internal stakeholders such as Account Managers to help identify organisational opportunities.

About You

You will have a successful career in business development or recruitment – knowledge of software development a plus!

You will be a confident communicator and understand the importance of listening and learning about business needs.

You will be organised with a strong attention to detail and good at prioritising.

You will be a people person, be able to build rapport easily and great at working as part of a small, but driven team.
