About the job

You will be providing a high level of administration support to ensure the smooth operation and performance of the team.

Day-to-day duties

Receive and assess applications

Data entry and management using Excel and Lotus Notes

Inbox management

Managing written materials

Meeting deadlines

About you

Sound analytical skills and attention to detail

The ability to think on your feet and use your initiative

High level of written communication skills

Problem-solving skills and a passion to learn new things

Salesforce experience

Public sector experience preferred
