An experienced business development and sales manager is needed for this small Wellington company to champion their business management software product.
You will need to bring your proven experience working with and selling a SaaS product, along with stellar client management skills and pipeline management, and the ability to demonstrate a product in person or online.
The purpose of this role is to implement the sales strategy that drives new customer sign-ups. This will involve co-creating a proposition unique to each prospect’s business needs and initatives.
Your days will be spent meeting with new prospects, performing product demonstrations, following up with prospects and clients, negotiating pricing, and handling contract negotiatinos and signing to ensure a smooth handover to the customer success team.
You will champion the brand and product, build and maintain your product knowledge to become and SMEn and stay in touch with teams across the company to stay up to date and pass on information, and keep an eye on competitor activity.
Your relationship management skills will come to the forefront to establish, develop, and maintainstrong sales relationships across networks and with key customers and prospects. You will work with the marketing team to create a strong footprint, and attend relevant events representing the brand.
Along with a salary of $85,000 and an OT of $190,000 this company are currently introducing an ESOP scheme which this role will be included in as well.
