About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a small, high performing team in a busy management accounting role. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will foster strong working relationships throughout the organisation and particularly across manufacturing operations.

As part of a growing business, this is a broad role that offers variety and challenge, more specifically your responsibilities will include

Producing monthly management reporting with detailed analysis and commentary

Supporting budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis

Cost accounting, inventory management and reporting

Ad-hoc financial modelling to support decision making and business planning

Business partnering across the business to provide insights and drive growth

About You

The ideal candidate will take huge pride in their work and be a self-motivated team player.

You will have a tertiary qualification in accounting and will have had previous exposure to a manufacturing environment.

Along with solid technical accounting skills, you will have strengths in analysis and financial modelling and will have worked with a large ERP system previously.

Essential to this role is your ability to work collaboratively across the organisation, so your strengths in building relationships and communicating with a wide variety of stakeholders is really important here.
