Primary Purpose of the Role
Support the Holidays Act Compliance (HAC) Change Manager in HAC related change activities, workshops and communication
To provide effective, timely, cost efficient and proactive human resource advice to support the strategic direction of the Bay of Plenty District Health Board and the people plan and directorate operational people plans
To build capacity with managers to maximise delivery capability within the organisation.
Within your team you will maintain subject matter expertise responsibility for the professional groups assigned to you. This includes relevant Union relationships.
We are looking for a person with 'get up and go' and who will bring positive energy to the team.
