Our client are local experienced arborists who deliver quality tree work in the Manawatu. Our client pride themselves on being a company that customers can trust and are the only NZ Arb contractor in the region.

The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced administrator to work independently in a shared working environment.

The successful candidate would be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a background in administration, accounts and an eye for detail. A typical day in this role would include

Personal assistant duties to our managing director

Preparing and tracking quotes

Accounts payable, receivable, & PAYE

Following up customer enquiries - phone, social media, email

Scheduling jobs and quotes using our customer management system (CRM)

Booking and managing contractors, including travel arrangements

CRM - we use Jobber. Experience with this software isn't necessary but we would need you to be a quick learner.

Experience in these areas would be massively beneficial to the successful candidate

Days & Hours

The position is Monday - Friday. Flexible working hours. 5 hours daily and tailored to suit the right candidate - Perfect for school hours!
