About the Role

Leading and managing the operational aspects of the business, overseeing the warehouse and logistics and customer relationship functions. This role sits on the Management team and is responsible for driving continuous improvement and best practice in the Warehouse and customer experience.

About You

Experience in operations, warehousing, logistics or supply chain management

Understanding of manufacturing with experience in process improvement techniques

Proven ability to understand the customer experience and provide win-win solutions for the customer and the business

Ability to review, construct, implement and manage new systems, processes and procedures as required

Excellent interpersonal skills to be comfortable dealing with a variety of parties at all levels

Demonstrated relationship management skills including the ability to establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidence with the team

Familiarity with Health and Safety management and systems

Strong organisational, planning, and prioritising skills

Ability to manage workloads effectively

Time Management skills - be able to block out time and react to important tasks

Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

An articulate communicator in both written and verbal communication

Intermediate to advanced computer skills

Intermediate to advanced computer skills

Strong numeracy and literacy levels

Administrative skills –the ability to organise the documentation associated with projects

Proficiency in MS Office, ERP Netsuite, Smartsheet, Asana and google sheets.

Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work across multiple technology platforms
