Parts Advisor/Salesperson - Hamilton

We are on the hunt for an experienced Parts Advisor/Salesperson to join our client's team in Hamilton.

Working alongside the existing team, you will provide expert advice on new and salvaged parts for their extensive client network.

This is a busy role that requires a plug and play parts interpreter/advisor/salesperson, so parts experience is essential.

If you have mechanical knowledge and are looking to come off the tools, this could be the perfect role for you.

Role requirements, including but not limited to

Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and suppliers

Exceptional eye for detail

Positive phone manner

Deliver accurate parts advice and information to customers

Liaise with Sales Manager and Technicians

Manage stock and inventory efficiently

Compile monthly reports and provide summary to Sales Manager

You must have

Knowledge of, and experience in the automotive industry

Knowledge of automotive parts supply
