About the Role
There are several roles at a senior planner level currently vacant for both permanent and fixed term interest. The roles have staff management and professional development on offer. The roles are seeking pragmatic leaders who have significant RMA consenting experience and who are comfortable in leading teams with a supportive style and clear direction. The roles are competitively remunerated in the sector.
You will be a person who is pragmatic and understands the RMA with sufficient depth to be able to negotiate and assist clients without undermining our client or the staff. You will have in excess of 5 years’ resource consenting experience and be able to grow and mentor staff. You will have a warm and supportive style that fits with the client’s culture. You will also be able to front hearings and prepare evidence. We are looking for a strategic person who holds the vision of the City front-of-mind as the lens on their professional work.
