About the Role

This role is working on inbound and outbound calls to customers to discuss their finance issues if payments have been missed. The company offer multiple payment options and always aim to help the customers with their financial worries. The calls are of the empathetic nature, building a rapport with customers to help them understand the importance of payments.

The hours for this role are Monday to Friday business hours and Saturdays between 10am – 12pm on a rotational basis. This role is based in Hamilton.

About You

Due to the nature of the calls, we are looking for people who are resilient and can shake off a bad day of ‘No’s! We are looking for people who can show empathy on the calls and work in line with company ethos of always trying to help the customers. There are high call volumes of inbound and outbound calls required, we are looking for someone that is motivated and has a high level of perseverance!

We are less concerned about your experience, and more focused on your warm and empathetic approach, your ability to build rapport with all walks of life and demonstrate resilience and motivation. These are non-negotiables! You might currently be working in hospitality, retail, a call centre, administration, or another credit control role – anywhere that require the above soft skills, we want to hear from you.

Other requirements are

Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build a rapport with anyone!
