Are you passionate about customer service and IT? We have 3 new Service Desk Analyst roles commencing ASAP till December to start. These have a big potential to extend.

We are currently seeking someone who has proven Service Desk experience, or someone who has great communication skills and is interested in IT. These roles are based in Central Christchurch. Great foot in the door in a newly created agency within the Government sector.

• Temp role starting ASAP till December, 2022

• $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

• High Profile Government Agency based in central Christchurch

• Working from the office is required for this role

• No vaccination pass required

The successful candidate will

• Previous, proven Service Desk experience or strong customer service experience and interest in IT

• Excellent customer service skills

• Is a natural problem solver

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Is self-efficient along with being a good team player

• Good customer service skills

• Office 365 knowledge
