About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for providing HR advice and guidance to people leaders across all general employment relationship matters, to grow manager’s confidence and capability.
You will also work collaboratively with a team of HRBPs driving the development of high performing teams and supporting organisational change.
About You
3 to 5 years advisory experience, preferable within a large complex organisation
Sound knowledge of NZ employment legislation.
Experience working with unions would be desirable
Excellent communication skills
Ability to establish and build strong working relationships
