About the Role

In this exciting leadership role, you will be responsible for planning, leading and co-ordinating all the resources assigned to the South Island business and to ensure a level of quality service that will provide maximum opportunity for profitability and growth.

You will be responsible for improving profitability of the business by ensuring the smooth & efficient running of South Island business unit, whilst also looking for opportunities to boost market share with new products or new opportunities with existing products.

Other responsibilities include

Upholding quality and ensuring production and distribution meet demand

Growing the business by developing future markets

Building strong and effective relationships with resellers.

Creating an environment centred on Customer Service excellence

Leading and inspiring your team

Health and Safety

About you

You’ll be an experienced leader, preferably with a background in a manufacturing setting. Your leadership skills and your ability to get the best out of your team will be clear from your previous roles and your reputation. You’ll be the kind of leader who never gives up, builds good relationships with all, and is well organised.
