Our client, is a unique Organisational Company, whose Technology business unit, is responsible for the effective delivery, management of services of all technology disciplines within the air navigation services environment. They are looking for a Captain, “the go to person”, to coordinate and control all emergencies that immediately arises, coordinating and relaying the information to all areas of the Company throughout NZ. So that the urgent problem is sorted with the ability to be attended to immediately.

You will be required to

Manage and coordinate operational releases nationwide.

Act as the point of Customer contact service, for resolving technical issues.

Ensure data is entered into system with tracking / log faults.

Work on continuous improvement- driving performance of excellence.

Responsible for ensuring security is maintained at all times.

Requirements for the position

B Eng Tech Electrical, Electronics or equivalent.

May be CISCO CCNA certified or equivalent.

Have a good operational and situational awareness

Technically adept with a strong understanding of systems.

Quality focused with experience of high standards.

Quality focused with experience of high standards.

Excellent Communication and relationship building skills
