About the Role

This is a phone-based customer service role in Christchurch. You will be working on an exciting project from mid-November until around mid-February.

You will be responsible for basic troubleshooting and supporting members of the public with app and site queries. On a daily basis, you will be speaking with a wide range of customers and problem solving.

This role operates on a rotating roster between Monday-Sunday, 7am-9pm.

About You

We are looking for

Ideally 2+ years in a call centre, phone-based, technical or retail customer service role

Tech savviness and the ability to communicate instructions well

An excellent phone manner and listening skills

Empathy, patience and a genuine customer focus

Reliability and availability during the week

You will need to be either immediately available, or able to start a new role with less than one week’s notice.

You will also need to be based in Christchurch to be considered.
