Due to continued business growth, a Corporate Finance Analyst opportunity exists within their outstanding corporate finance function. The team serves a broad internal advisory role, supporting senior leadership with financial due diligence, commercial insight, and decision support. This position will have a quantifiable impact on this organisation, and we’re therefore seeking an outstanding individual who is driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Your remit will be to support and advise Senior Leadership, with responsibility for
Financial modelling and valuations (discounted cash flows, transaction multiples etc.) to support the M&A due diligence process and advise stakeholders accordingly
Portfolio management – monitoring performance and forecasting future performance, and assessment of commercial performance
Research and analysis on market trends, competitor analysis, and broad sector transactions
Preparation and review of key deliverables including reports and presentations with stakeholders
Strategic projects across the business
Fundamentally, this role requires a finance professional with a proven analytical skill set, combined with the interpersonal profile to communicate effectively to a diverse stakeholder base. You will be comfortable immersing yourself in Excel, capable of developing complex financial models to be used to support the investment decision-making processes. You will possess the interpersonal skills to work effectively with the business – to partner and influence, to ensure insights are acted upon, opportunities are uncovered, and that the business makes the right decisions. Tertiary qualified (CFA part qualification or equivalent advantageous), applications are welcomed from candidates experienced in Big 4 / mid-tier corporate finance, investment banking, or corporate.
