Job Description:
We are currently seeking a strong administrator with excellent customer service skills for a 3-month temporary assignment. Excellent opportunity for students or candidates with Part time Jobs.
Two shifts a fortnight, Sunday, and Monday 9am-5pm.
$28 per hour + 8% holiday pay
3 months initially with potential to extend
West Auckland location
The Role
As well as answering general customer service enquiries, you will be the first point of contact for visitors wanting to explore the great Waitakere Ranges.
Duties will include but are not limited to
Replying to emails
Taking phone calls and helping with enquiries
Processing payments and invoices
Assisting visitors with hiking routes
General reception duties
Key Skills
Adaptable personality
Previous administration experience
Strong attention to detail
Excellent computer skills
Quick to learn and able to pick up systems easily

Hours
You would need to be available for training on the 9th, 10th, and 15th of August.
The fortnightly roster would commence from the 21st of August. The standard hours are Sunday and Monday 9am-5pm every second week.
