Technical Business Analyst Opportunity

As the Technical Business Analyst for the MuleSoft Agile Development Team, you will be working to support the design and delivery of solutions to the business. This role will have you engaged across the entire companies IT landscape, allowing you to demonstrate your strong stakeholder engagement capabilities and proven Agile delivery experiences to ensure an more effective outcome.

Core responsibilities

Work with other BAs, Developers, Testers, and Business Stakeholders to enable Agile

delivery teams to deliver effectively

Provide business analysis support throughout the project lifecycle, including problem

identification and analysis, ideation, solution development and delivery, and

embedding/continuous improvement

Work with stakeholders to understand current systems and processes and ensure solutions

are practical, customer-focused, commercially sound and well-informed

Develop strong stakeholder relationships and build knowledge of processes, products and

technologies across the business

Required skills

Experience in the technical business analyst role or similar within enterprise-scale

organisations

Experience with data mapping for complex legacy systems with multiple system integrations

Able to work effectively at a technical level with development teams

Workshop facilitation, presentation, communication skills and Strong stakeholder management skills

Ability to analyse, interpret and extrapolate data from a number of sources to resolve

complex issues

Comfortable with ambiguity and shows tenacity to work towards a successful outcome

12 Month contract, Auckland central based. Flexibility to work in a hybrid sense from home 2/3 days a week.
