We have a great temporary work opportunity available for an experienced administrator who is passionate about working within the healthcare sector. This role will provide effective, efficient and accurate administration support to a range of clinical staff and managers based in a community services team.

This is an immediate temporary opportunity that will keep the successful candidate busy for the next 6 months.

The Role...

Reception duties - answering phones and welcoming and assisting all visitors, patients and carers

Assist in the smooth running of the outpatient clinics by completing administrative tasks as required

Support clinicians with administrative work.

Perform accurate and timely data entry into systems.

Maintain accurate and up to date documentation, including operating procedures.

Provide a scheduling service for designated clinical services

Scheduling and altering patient appointments as necessary.

Ensuring that health records are up-to-date and available.

Perform any other administration activities that support the delivery of customer and clinical service as required.

Provide back-up support to other administration teams as required.

A bit about you...

Proven administrative/reception experience, ideally in a healthcare environment

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Fast, accurate data entry

Ability to work in a high pressure clinical environment

Intermediate MS office skills

Ability to hit the ground running
