As the Supply and Production Planner, you report to the S&OP Manager and take joint responsibility for the efficient and effective operational, tactical and strategic planning for the supply chain function.

Increasing involvement and responsibility for S&OP
Work on an ERP implementation
Continuous improvement initiatives across S&OP and systems

What’s in it for you?
This is an exciting time to join the business. The company is continuing its impressive and sustained organic growth. As a result, they are investing in their supply chain and opportunities exist for you to take on more responsibility and grow with the business. The S&OP Manager is looking for someone who will step up and there is a clear opportunity for you to help drive the company to improve its supply chain capability while shaping and growing your skills, experience and career.
You will be required to adapt and operate in an environment where the systems are not yet perfect. There will be new skills for you to learn (which you will be supported in) so a get-up and go attitude and the ability to think on your feet and come up with solutions will be required.
This opportunity could suit an experienced Production/Supply Planner or a recent graduate who has recently started their career. The initial salary package will be reflective of this.
