Role Type: Initial 10 Months Contract.

Candidates from both Auckland and Wellington is preferred

Our client will be migrating their New Zealand based business applications into a new Active Directory domain. You will be assisting the application development and support teams in producing treatment plans and provide guidance during the implementation.

The Migration Solution Designer needs the following skills

5 years+ solution design experience gained in large corporate environments

Understand how applications use

· Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange

· Microsoft ADFS and Azure AD

· very good understanding of authentication (AD, SAML, LDAP and SSO), across multiple domains

· Knowledge of IaaS and PaaS stack, on premise

· Excellent knowledge of Microservices, IIS and middleware (WebSphere, WebLogic, Jboss, and Spring)

· An eye for detail, takes care to be accurate and is objective and factual at all times

· The ability to respond effectively to changing priorities

· Be able to conveys matters of a complex technical nature in terms meaningful to others

· Have knowledge of operational acceptance testing practices and service transition activities to bring systems into live service.

Nice to have

Programming background in either (Java and.Net) and is able to undertake code reviews.
