About the Role

Design, build, test, and own digital experiences for mobile in a team of 10-15 people

• Provide senior technical leadership with mobile development technologies, build systems, design patterns and security

• Navigate through and deliver requirements and processes set out by different practices and departments in the organisation such as security, risk, and design

• Adhere to current delivery standards and provide input to improve them

• Gain knowledge on existing company systems to ensure the quality of integration between solutions is maintained by your team and others

• Help to translate technical requirements into tasks and help to break down and prioritise these tasks together with your team to plan and estimate future agile sprints

• Communicate and drive important SDLC practices within your team and help stakeholders understand ownership and the value of these practices

• Actively participate and improve the peer learning culture both inside and outside your team such as participating in mentorship or doing presentations

• Improve shared assets and knowledge bases such as technical documentation and component libraries

• Take active ownership of your personal and professional development

About You

5+ Years of Native Mobile development

• Advanced knowledge of Java, Kotlin and Android SDK

• A passion for quality and strong advocacy for testing best practices

• Understanding of MVVM, MVP and Clean Architecture

• OWASP and secure development understanding

• Leadership and a drive to motivate your team to deliver unbeatable digital experiences
