About the Role

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to step up and manage one of many growing clients for award-winning social media agency, Socialites.

In this senior role, you will be liaising and leading the client/agency relationship and leading social media strategies to an international standard. In addition, you’ll manage a team of three direct reports and develop their skills and capabilities, and be responsible for managing your teams’ revenue and budgets.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a team of high achievers with a remit to be curious, creative and brave. You’ll also receive a competitive salary with a work from home day each Wednesday and a great Auckland CBD office close to Britomart public transport links.

About You

Social media is your thing! You have experience in leading quality end-to-end social media campaigns from unpacking briefs, strategising, concept creation to implementation and post-campaign analysis.

You are known for your ability to build trusted client relationships and your internal/external stakeholder management is second to none.

Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team of people to do their best work and hit their goals.

Ability to handle the money, manage your teams’ budgets, quote for work and ensure a consistent stream of revenue.

You have prior agency experience and love the fast pace of working in an agency.
