The role

A household name in the NZ market, our client has an established track record of servicing New Zealanders honestly and ethically. An opportunity has presented itself for a Client Operations Officer to join the Auckland team on a permanent basis.

As a Settlements Officer you will be enabling key support services to be completed within assigned service level agreements as well as

Processing investment deposits and withdrawals

Trade matching and liaising with brokers and custodians

Process client payments via in-house systems and online banking

Process new, maturing and reinvesting of term deposits

First point of contact for Banks as well as Investment Management Service Providers

A big part of this role will be working on process improvements, implementing and delivering efficiencies across the private client services business.

About you

This role would suit someone who has experience within banking and finance, either settlements or banking administration and someone who has a good attention to detail.
