Their portfolio of products includes a range of laboratory instrumentation and other consumables across research, food, pharmaceutical, industrial, routine diagnostic and the medical laboratory sector. Currently they are seeking an experienced Service Engineer with a background in servicing laboratory equipment. The company has a broad portfolio of equipment which means there will be plenty of variety in the role.

To be considered for this role you will possess the following skills and experience

Engineering qualification with at least EST Electrical certification

Proven background in servicing laboratory equipment and science knowledge would be advantageous

Excellent technical and trouble shooting skills

Strong communicator with previous client facing experience, able to discuss effective service requirements and solutions

Good organisational skills

Systematic in record keeping both computer and paper based

Able to assimilate new technology with ease.

Knowledge of validations processes IQ/OQPQ

Self motivated and able to work with a high degree of autonomy

Able to travel out of Auckland when required

Eye for sales opportunities
