Service Desk Team Lead
Our Client is a Large Financial Company of 350 staff, based in Auckland CBD. They are seeking a Hands on Service Desk Team Lead for a permanent position. You will manage two Engineers, who have some experience, and requires you to have up to 2yrs of Service Desk Team Lead experience.
For this opportunity, you will need
An appropriate IT Degree or similar.
Have up to 2yrs of working as a Service Desk Team Lead
An advantage to have worked in a large organisation.
Well organised with the ability to manage and up-skill Engineers
To be creative and innovative with ideas and enjoy a young environment.
Hands on Engineering work is required in the role.
Be strong with Technical skills.
Communications to be your strength.
The Company offers a good working environment where you can enjoy delivering the requirements daily to a good team of people, and training the two Engineers as well. Working your magic with liaising with a variety of staff, in this very interesting and busy role. The position is paying well for the right person.
