12 Month Fixed-Term Role


About the role

Our client is looking for a technical support expert to join as a Service Desk Analyst as part of their Service Desk Team. This is a 12-month fixed term role based in Rotorua.

About you

Minimum 3 years of Service Desk or Help Desk customer service experience

Provide first and second level support responses for installation, maintenance, resolving technical problems relating to end user devices, software applications, desktop, hardware, printers, network and telecommunications

Experience with and demonstrable knowledge of support, configuration of Windows, Android and iOS mobile devices

ITIL framework experience

Experience with SCCM principles

Ability to work on an on-call and roster-based shifts

Strong communication & presentation skills

Financial Services industry experience preferred but not essential
