WFH during lockdown, then Albany location

We are looking for experienced Service Desk Contractors for our well-known client. You will need to have previous experience supporting end users on the phone and via email and be able to prioritise your tickets accordingly. Providing level 2 support means that you will be able to resolve most of your tickets at the first call stage.
