Lockdown onboarding and post lockdown WFH flexibility! Our client is a leading health care provider, going through some major changes. They are upgrading their technology environment and require a Contract Project Coordinator to work across different aspects of the project!

This is a fantastic, close-knit team. They are very welcoming and supportive across this fast-paced and busy project!

The Role

In this role, you will be supporting the Delivery Manager and Project Manager across a range of tasks from project planning, equipment organisation and onboarding support. This is a very fast-paced project and your day will have a range of varied tasks!

Key Skills and Experience

Proven experience as a Project Coordinator/Planning Analyst across complex pieces of work

Workstream planning experience

Good exposure to governance and reporting activities

Excellent excel skills

The confidence to liaise with all levels of the organization

Great attention to detail and even better organizational skills
