Our client is a locally owned, supply chain management specialist who has been in business for over 20 years and has an international presence. Their integrity and reputation in the market means they have created loyal partnerships with household name brands across the pacific region. They are in a high growth phase and are looking to add an experienced Export Sea Coordinator to their team as part of their overall growth strategy.

So, Who Are You?

A self-motivated administrator, who has previous experience within the Freight sector, ideally in Export and Sea Freight (FCL/LCL).

High level of comfort with information systems

Strong administrative skills enabling you to process documents, raise invoices, and keep shipment documentation records up to date. Other requirements

A can do attitude with the ability to think outside the box

Strong communication skills are a must along with being a team player as you will be working in a tight-knit team and with external stakeholders. Lastly, due to the nature of the organisation, you will have the ability to multitask and manage your time and workload effectively.

Some More Information About The Role

In this role you will work under the direction of the team leader with a focus on specific markets. You will assist in facilitating export shipments for our customers, and ensuring internal service levels are met and exceeded to provide the best possible customer experience. You will work closely with the logistics teams, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of our customer’s shipments. Responsibilities include

Liaise with suppliers and customers to arrange bookings and required documentation for export

Process invoices and hazardous documentation

Create export orders

Arrange FAK consolidations, LCLs with co-loaders, FCLs and break bulk shipments

Arrange FAK consolidations, LCLs with co-loaders, FCLs and break bulk shipments
