Senior Business Analyst


About the role

The Senior Business Analyst with be working within a Procurement stream of work. Responsibilities include delivering high quality analysis, requirements, and recommendations and to ensure that systems are designed and maintained.

Skills & Experience required

Senior Business Analysis experience

Provide an internal consultancy service to Business units

Provide business knowledge and expertise to external vendors and assists them with developing/maintaining information systems

Communicates effectively with external vendors and business partners on information requirements, strategic applications, and new IT initiatives to ensure the right function/service/process is delivered on time

Performs signoffs on functional specifications and acceptance of systems developed

Assists in the preparation of RFIs and RFPs for new IT initiatives

Compliance, regulatory processes

Prepares Business Requirements and Business Rules for Systems and assists in the preparation of Functional Specifications in a QA role

Performs business process mapping to assist with the analysis of business requirements and the design of new systems and processes

Identifies and recommends initiatives aimed at effective cost controls while providing maximum value to the company

Excellent communication skills essential
