A successful candidate will be an experienced Senior or Lead Developer who has worked across a range of projects in a fast-paced environment. This is a ‘hands-on’ role which will be managing key clients and internal squads across bespoke software development. You will be involved in the high level design, client engagement and would be running projects with squads reporting into you.
Key Skills and Experience
5+ years of Development experience
On-the-tools experience coding in.NET/.NetCore building CI/CD pipelines and coding into the cloud ie Azure
Experience in leading squads either formally or informally including code reviews, mentoring and coaching
Exceptional communication skills and ability to work with corporate customers
Ability to use a mixture of delivery models to achieve successful project outcomes
Experience across the Agile SCRUM methodology
