About the Role

As a Recovery Assistant, you will be required to work as part of a team to provide frontline support to clients. You will be required to provide support via different channels with the aim of helping individuals move forward with the recovery and provide seamless customer experience.

This role offers Monday to Friday 830am – 5pm hours and you can be based in either the Albany, Henderson, Newmarket or Manukau office.

Once you have been trained, you have the opportunity to work a three days from the office and two days from home, and our clients offers a 9 day fortnight working arrangement.

You day to day in this role will include

Daily case management – you will be given set number of cases to work through

Proactively engage with clients and ensure excellent customer experience is delivered

Identify, assess, and approve client supports and services based on your good judgement and attention to the details

Engage with employers and providers to make sure there is a co-ordinated approach to providing support and that the agreed actions will support the best recovery outcome

About You

You will have a passion for helping Kiwis on their road to recovery. We look for individuals who are passionate about customer experience, investigation and case management.

You will be resilient, mature and not only able to, but have a real zeal for, speaking to people from all walks of life, that is, the entire spectrum of New Zealanders.

You will be naturally curious and be comfortable having robust conversations with clients and providers.

Previous customer service/contact centre and/or case management experience would be a bonus.
