About the Role

This role is responsible for ensuring the products are designed, manufactured and serviced to World Class level of quality, using best practices and standards applicable. You will implement quality management systems ensuring the ongoing compliance and repeatability of manufacturing including configuration control, SCARs and reporting / auditing of yield and RMAs. You will be the primary interface to customers and OEM partners with regards to non-conformances and to ensure resolution of non-conformance within Service level Agreements.

About You

You will probably have extensive relevant experience in quality management systems and quality assurance, coupled with a relevant tertiary qualification. Your quality engineering experience in complex electronics design and experience with contract manufacturers, could set you apart. A good working knowledge of APQP or similar quality planning methods, ISO and Configuration Management controls will be beneficial.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Proven experience managing a team of professionals in quality roles.

Excellent analytical and report writing skills.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
