Project Support Administrator

We are looking for an administrator with excellent communication skills to join an exciting 6-month fixed-term role based in a large healthcare organization. You will be assisting the project team who are delivering a new IT system and organising attendees into implementation sessions. The main purpose of this temporary role is to provide a high level of administration and project coordination, office support, and communications services to the Project team.

This role is full time but if you can only do part-time at 20+ hours per week you will also be considered.

The role

Provide administrative support

Order all necessary office stationery supplies

Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail

Systems administration and scheduling sessions

Prepare correspondence such as letters, emails, presentations, and reports

Manage meetings including diary invitations, room bookings, requesting and collating agendas, minute taking/distribution/action tracking

Managing a intranet page

Ad-hoc tasks as required, supporting the projects team

The ideal candidate

Excellent communication skills

Administration experience

Can work autonomously

Quick to learn and pick up systems

Proven track record of Admin/PA and/or project coordination experience

Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
